A few clear expectations.
Terms of use
Effective 29 October 2026 · Developer: Om Gawande
These terms describe the use of Framegrade, its photo and video editing features, and this website. Questions can be sent to om.spider.dev@gmail.com.
Your media and responsible use
You retain ownership of the media you import and your exported work. Only import, edit and share material you are entitled to use. You are responsible for your content and the destinations you choose when sharing. Do not use Framegrade to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Editing and originals
Framegrade applies edits to a newly rendered file. Keep backups of important originals and check an export before relying on it. Rendering, colours, supported codecs and available resolution depend on your device, platform and media. RAW, ProRes RAW, HDR-preserving output and identical appearance across displays are not promised.
Advertising and exports
Framegrade is supported by advertisements. All included looks and controls are available to preview without a subscription. Saving or sharing a newly rendered edit requires completing an optional rewarded ad. Availability depends on your connection, region and the advertising service. Declining an ad or a failed ad does not grant an export reward and does not erase your edit. A cached output can be reused while that edit remains unchanged.
Availability and support
Features and supported formats may change through updates. We aim to resolve reported issues, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, ad availability or compatibility with every source file. Framegrade does not replace a backup system or professional archival workflow.
Privacy and external services
The privacy policy explains local media processing and advertising data. Google’s advertising services and any apps you choose for sharing have their own terms and policies. The developer does not control those services.
App and included resources
These terms permit use of the installed app for its intended editing functions. They do not transfer ownership of the app code, branding, bundled looks or other included resources, or grant rights to redistribute them separately. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law or licenses.
Consumer rights and changes
These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. We may update the terms when features or services change; the effective date will be revised. Contact support if you need clarification about a change.
