When an export won’t finish

Check your connection and available storage. A rewarded ad must complete before a new edit can be exported. If no ad is available, keep your edit and try again later. Canceling the ad does not delete your edit.

When photos are missing

Open your device settings and review Framegrade’s photo and video permissions. If you selected limited access, add the media you want to edit. A media item removed from your gallery may no longer be available in Framegrade.

What to include in a bug report

• Your device model and operating system version.
• The Framegrade version and the steps that led to the problem.
• Whether you were editing a photo or video, and its approximate dimensions or duration.
• The error message, if one appeared.

Please avoid sending private media or other sensitive information unless you choose to share it for the investigation.

Release availability

Framegrade is currently in testing for iOS and Android. There is no subscription or purchase restoration to manage. Ask about current test availability by email.
