Privacy policy

Effective 29 October 2026 · Developer: Om Gawande

This policy explains how Framegrade handles information when you use its photo and video editor. Contact om.spider.dev@gmail.com with questions or requests.

Photos, videos and edits

Framegrade processes the media you choose on your device. It does not upload your photos, videos or editing recipes to a Framegrade server. Rendering creates a new local file. Saving adds that copy to your gallery; sharing sends it to the destination you select through your device’s share sheet.

Library permissions

Photo and video access lets you browse, import and edit media and save exports. Where your system supports selected-photo access, you may limit access to specific items. Change permissions or revoke access in your device settings. Denying permission can limit library and save features.

Advertising and Google Mobile Ads

Framegrade uses Google Mobile Ads for launch and browsing ads and optional rewarded export ads. Google’s SDK may process IP-derived approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Framegrade requests non-personalized ads; this does not prevent all advertising-related data collection. Framegrade does not send your imported media to Google for grading.

Google processes information under its own privacy policy. See Google’s SDK disclosures for Android and iOS. Additional ad delivery, storage and retention are governed by Google’s practices.

Consent and choices

Where applicable, Google’s consent flow runs before live advertising starts. Open Framegrade Settings → Ad privacy choices to review available options. You can decline an optional rewarded export ad and continue editing. You can also manage advertising preferences through your device settings and Google’s controls.

Local storage and deletion

Framegrade caches thumbnails, temporary renders and media copied for editing in app storage. These temporary files may be removed by the app or operating system. Uninstalling removes app-local data. Gallery exports remain until you delete them. Framegrade does not provide a user account or a developer-operated cloud media library. Requests about Google advertising information should also be directed to Google’s privacy controls.

Support messages

If you email support, your email provider sends the information you choose to include. We use your message and contact details to respond and investigate your request. Do not send private media unless it is necessary and you wish to share it.

This website

This website does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts or a contact-form database. Hosting infrastructure processes network requests and may retain technical logs for delivery, reliability and security. The before-and-after demonstration runs in your browser and does not upload a photo.

Children and regional rights

Framegrade is not designed to solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to the developer, contact us. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal information. Email us for developer-held information, and use Google’s tools for information Google controls.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate app or website notices.
